North 6th Agency Ranked as One of Entrepreneur’s 2018 Top Company Cultures in America

NEW YORK and TORONTO – North 6th Agency (N6A), an award-winning brand communications and social media agency based in New York City and Toronto, today was named as one of Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures. Full rankings are available online at Entrepreneur.com and in the October 2018 print issue of Entrepreneur Magazine.

Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures is a comprehensive annual ranking of the U.S.-based businesses exhibiting the best employee cultures.

In order to determine the winners, Entrepreneur surveyed employees at thousands of U.S.-based businesses with a minimum of 35 employees. Surveys were answered by over 34,000 participants, with the highest-ranking companies making it to the final Top Company Cultures list.

Rankings were evaluated across 24 factors in seven categories: alignment, effectiveness, connection, management, engagement, leadership, and basics.

North 6th Agency Names Daniela Mancinelli Chief Operating Officer

In her new position, Mancinelli will oversee senior management teams across service, talent, sales and marketing departments. Mancinelli will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across N6A’s offices in New York, Toronto and Boulder. Mancinelli will report into N6A CEO Matt Rizzetta and will support vision and strategy on N6A’s expansion initiatives.

North 6th Agency Appoints PR Veteran Trisha Larocchia as Senior Vice President

Larocchia will be based in N6A’s headquarters office in New York City.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Larocchia joins N6A after spending nearly eleven years with Hunter Public Relations.
